2. User Registration and Accounts

2.1. Users are requested to register on the website to list or bid on the platform.

2.2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities under their account.

2.3. Surplus Pack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Listing and Selling Machinery

3.1. Sellers can list machinery by providing accurate and complete information, including descriptions, images, and pricing.

3.2. Listings must not contain misleading information or infringe upon the rights of third parties.

3.3. Surplus Pack reserves the right to review, modify, or remove listings that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate.

4. Bidding and Purchasing

4.1. Buyers can place bids on listed items during the auction period.

4.2. All bids are binding. The highest bid at the end of the auction period constitutes a legally binding agreement to purchase the item.

4.3. Surplus Pack is not a party to the sales contract between buyers and sellers and does not guarantee the completion of transactions.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1. Surplus Pack offers various subscription plans and services, details of which are available on the platform.

5.2. Fees for subscription plans and additional services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

5.3. Payments must be made in accordance with the selected subscription plan's terms.

6. User Conduct

6.1. Users agree not to engage in activities that:

Violate any laws or regulations.
Infringe upon the rights of others.
Disrupt the operation of Surplus Pack.

6.2. Surplus Pack reserves the right to take appropriate action against users who violate these provisions, including account suspension or termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Surplus Pack is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits.
Data loss.
Service interruptions.

7.2. Surplus Pack does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of listings or user content.
